Terms of use

These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LiluTrack’s marketing website, mobile applications, web application, and optional online services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: May 1, 2026. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not medical care

LiluTrack is a personal activity logging tool for caregivers. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision support. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical judgment or emergency services.

Eligibility and authority

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us under applicable law. If you use LiluTrack on behalf of a household or another adult, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use.

Online accounts are intended for adults. Do not create an account for a child under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) without appropriate parental consent where the law requires it.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “last updated” date. If a change is material and the law requires notice, we will provide it through the Service or by email where we have your address. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prohibited by law.

What LiluTrack is

LiluTrack helps caregivers record and review day-to-day baby care activities (for example feeds, diapers, sleep, medications, and growth). You may use LiluTrack fully on your device without an online account, or you may enable optional online features (such as sync and multi-device access) that store your journal in encrypted form plus related account data on infrastructure we operate with Google Firebase, as described in our Privacy policy.

Features, availability, and performance may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts, passwords, and recovery

When you enable online features, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any recovery keys or phrases the product asks you to store. If you lose access credentials and recovery material, encrypted data may become permanently inaccessible. You agree that you will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial household or personal purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our systems (including probing, scanning, or exploiting vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization).
  • Upload malware, interfere with the Service’s integrity or performance, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others, or to collect information about people without lawful rights and notices where required.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Your content

You retain rights to information you enter. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and process your content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. This includes hosting encrypted copies of your content and related metadata on our servers for authorized accounts you control or join.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate third-party rights or law.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret or act on information you log in LiluTrack.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES, THAT AMOUNT IS ZERO U.S. DOLLARS (US $0).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law forbids a cap).

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the LiluTrack operator and its affiliates, directors, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or must do so to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related terms) survive termination.

Where the product offers account deletion for online features, use those controls to request removal of server-side data associated with your account, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention needs.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and infrastructure (including Google Firebase and mobile app stores). Your use of those platforms may be subject to separate terms from those providers. This website may load fonts from Google Fonts; those requests are subject to Google’s policies.

Sanctions and export

You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable export control or sanctions laws, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service would be illegal.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
